Welcome Chef David Mundy!
We are pleased to welcome David Mundy as our new Executive Chef. He trained at The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY. While he was Executive Chef at 75 Chestnut in Boston, the restaurant received the distinction of being "Boston's Best Romantic Restaurant". While Executive Chef at Davio's at the Biltmore in Providence they were voted "Best New Restaurant in Rhode Island". In addition to his culinary skills, he has vast experience in the area of banquets and functions having been with The Lucerne Inn, in Dedham, one of Maine's premier wedding destinations. Whether for 10 people or 500 David puts food quality and customer satisfaction as a top goal.
